 Why is Sports Mist™ better than misting fans?
Sports Mist is fundamentally different from old style misting in four very important ways.

1. Sports Mist™ does not require pressurized water feeds like a garden hose.
    This allows the Sports Mist™ to cool for hours with out setting up or tying up a            water line.
2.  Sports Mist ™ Igloo coolers (which hold the water) can be "iced"
     for an additional boost in the cooling and rehabilitating effects.
3.  Sports Mist ™ can run empty without damaging pump components,
    our pump is air cooled, so a "dry run" is okay.
4. Sports Mist ™  compact size makes it easier to pack into the precious limited space         available.

How do they work?
The Sports Mist ™ uses high volume airflow to evaporate a micro-fine water mist, which creates a cool area of around 1,000 Square Feet.

• How long does it take to set up?

It takes less than thirty seconds, requiring no tools to ready the units,
the 10 Gallon reservoir is usually filled in about 3 minutes or less.

• How long do they run on a fill-up?

The Sports Mist ™ will perform for about 4.5 - 5.0 Hours without refilling.  

• Do they run on Batteries?

No, the Sports Mist ™ is powered by 115 Volts, drawing only 2.2 amps,
available from the generators or DC inverters on most Apparatus.

What if the unit gets knocked over?
The unit is very stable when placed on level ground,
should it get knocked over, the built in "tip" switch will turn the unit off instantly.

How long will it last?
Sports Mist ™ comes with a full 12 month warranty on Materials and Workmanship;
however, we've engineered all of the components of Sports Mist ™ to last many years. 

How much does it weigh?
The Sports Mist ™ weighs only 30 lb. empty

What does the warranty cover?
Sports Mist ™ carries a 12 month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
