     Thousands of people waited in line to cool at the hottest event in New Orleans last summer.
     Not only was it used for comfort and fun, but also a PeopleMister system was part of the first aid tent to assist in cooling fans who were suffering from heat stress.

     Dr. Michael Kolinsky helped staff the medical services.  He is also the medical director for Emergency Services at Tulane University Hospital.
